This Terms & Conditions is issued by Orientora and Co. Company Limited (“Orientora”), a company registered in Thailand and duly licensed by the Department of Tourism, Thailand.


These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Orientora. By confirming a booking or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

• All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation at Orientora’s discretion.

• A booking is confirmed only after required payment is received and confirmation is issued by Orientora.

• Prices, inclusions, and exclusions will be clearly stated prior to payment.

• Payments must be made through approved payment methods.

• Payment processing fees charged by banks or payment providers are non-refundable.


Detailed information regarding payment methods, processing timelines, and refund procedures is available on our Trust & Payment Policy.

Orientora provides ground travel services within designated destinations in China only.


Services commence upon the client’s arrival at the designated airport in the tour city and conclude at the same or designated departure airport in that city.


Clients are solely responsible for:


• International flights

• Domestic or connecting flights

• Travel to and from the tour city

• Required visas and travel documentation

• Personal travel insurance beyond the scope described below


Orientora shall not be liable for flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, baggage issues, or disruptions related to transportation arranged independently by the client.


Orientora does not provide airport-to-airport international travel services unless explicitly stated in writing.

Orientora provides ground travel services within designated destinations in China only.

All Orientora tours operate under a private driver-based service model.


No licensed tour guide services are included in any Orientora tour program.


Services are provided by experienced local drivers who accompany clients throughout the itinerary. Drivers primarily communicate in Mandarin Chinese.


Communication between clients and drivers may be facilitated through translation applications. Orientora provides remote operational coordination and support throughout the trip.


Explanatory, historical, or in-depth guided commentary typically provided by licensed tour guides is not included in the service structure.


In certain destinations, including Xinjiang, drivers accompany clients inside permitted attractions as part of the standard service arrangement.

By confirming a booking, clients acknowledge and accept the driver-based service format described above.

Certain services provided during the tour, including transportation and on-site logistical support, are arranged through licensed local partners in China, including authorized tour operators and professional drivers operating in accordance with applicable local regulations.


These local partners are responsible for the operation of vehicles, transportation safety, and compliance with local transportation laws and regulations.


While Orientora carefully selects reputable and licensed local service providers, Orientora acts as a coordinating travel service provider and shall not be liable for the acts, omissions, or operational decisions of independent third-party service providers.


Clients acknowledge that transportation services are provided by licensed local drivers whose primary role is to provide safe transportation and logistical support. Drivers may accompany clients during certain visits as part of the travel arrangement, but they do not function as licensed tour guides unless explicitly stated.

Orientora provides clients with supporting travel documentation issued by our licensed local tour operator partner in China. Such documentation typically includes itinerary details, accommodation information, and tour arrangements, which may be used when completing immigration or arrival documentation required by Chinese border authorities.


Based on prior travel operations, such documentation has been accepted for immigration declaration purposes without issue. However, immigration procedures, documentation formats, and entry requirements may change at any time at the discretion of the relevant government authorities.


Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that their passport validity, visa status (if applicable), and eligibility to enter the destination country comply with all applicable immigration regulations at the time of travel.


Orientora does not control immigration systems operated by government authorities and therefore cannot guarantee acceptance of any documentation under all circumstances. Orientora shall not be liable for any changes to immigration procedures, arrival card systems, visa policies, or entry requirements imposed by government authorities.


In the event that a client is refused entry, delayed, or denied boarding by immigration authorities, airlines, or border control officials for reasons beyond Orientora’s control, Orientora shall not be held responsible for any resulting costs, losses, or travel disruptions.


Clients are responsible for completing all required immigration declarations and arrival documentation accurately and truthfully.


Immigration decisions are made solely by the relevant border control authorities and are outside the control of Orientora.

Orientora provides clients with supporting travel documentation issued by our licensed local tour operator partner in China. Such documentation typically includes itinerary details, accommodation information, and tour arrangements, which may be used when completing immigration or arrival documentation required by Chinese border authorities.

Orientora provides accident insurance coverage during the official tour service period only.


Coverage applies strictly from the time the assigned driver begins service (airport pick-up in the designated tour city) until the conclusion of service at the designated airport drop-off in that city.


Insurance coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and limits of the applicable insurance policy.


Detailed coverage information, including benefit limits and exclusions, is available upon request.


Insurance does not apply:


• Before driver pick-up

• After airport drop-off

• During international or domestic flights arranged independently

• During personal time outside the scheduled itinerary


Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive personal travel insurance for broader protection.

Orientora provides accident insurance coverage during the official tour service period only.

Orientora provides continuous operational coordination during the official tour service period.


During the tour period:


• A group communication channel will be established using a designated online messaging application, including the client, the assigned driver, and the Orientora coordination team.

• Clients may continue to contact Orientora through the original WhatsApp communication channel used during booking.

• A local China emergency contact number will be provided prior to departure for urgent matters.


Communication Protocol


For clarity, transparency, and mutual protection, Orientora primarily communicates through written communication via the designated group messaging application and WhatsApp.


Written communication helps maintain clear and verifiable records of instructions, confirmations, itinerary adjustments, and service-related updates for the benefit of both the client and Orientora.


Phone calls are reserved for urgent or emergency situations where immediate verbal communication is necessary.


Orientora makes reasonable efforts to respond promptly during active service hours. While responses are typically provided within a short period during operational hours, response times may vary depending on service conditions and late-night hours (approximately 21:00–07:00 local time).


Where applicable, written records of communication may be referenced in the event of any clarification or dispute.

In the event of circumstances beyond Orientora’s reasonable control, including but not limited to:


• Weather conditions

• Safety considerations

• Operational restrictions imposed by authorities

• Government regulations

• Border control measures

• Transportation disruptions

• Force majeure events (natural disasters, public emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances)


Such circumstances may include restrictions imposed by transportation authorities, border control, or other government agencies.


Orientora reserves the right to adjust itineraries, routes, schedules, or arrangements as necessary.


Such adjustments shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.


Any additional costs arising from such circumstances, including but not limited to:


• Additional transportation (including domestic flights)

• Additional accommodation

• Extended vehicle services

• Additional meals


shall, where applicable, be borne by the client.


However, where disruptions arise directly from operational errors, vehicle malfunction, accommodation issues, or service provider faults arranged by Orientora (and not due to force majeure), Orientora will take reasonable corrective action, including arranging replacement vehicles or alternative accommodation at no additional cost to the client.

Orientora shall not be held responsible for any health-related incidents arising from pre-existing conditions or failure to disclose relevant medical information.

The accompanying adult assumes full responsibility for the safety, supervision, and conduct of the minor traveler throughout the tour.

During the tour, photographs and videos may occasionally be taken for documentation and promotional purposes.


Orientora or its authorized partners may use such photographs or videos on websites, social media platforms, or other marketing materials.


If a photograph or video clearly identifies a client, Orientora will make reasonable efforts to obtain the client’s consent before using it for promotional purposes.


Clients who prefer not to appear in photographs or videos may notify Orientora before or during the tour, and we will make reasonable efforts to respect their preferences.
